AV LandBridge sends SMS/text messages to individuals who have submitted their contact information and requested information about selling their land. By submitting your phone number through any form on our Site, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and/or manually-dialed text messages from AV LandBridge at the mobile number you provided. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and the status of your property evaluation. You may receive up to 5 messages per month, though the actual number may be lower depending on your transaction status.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us to unsubscribe. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
